No crack in Rio thanks to the dealers.

This is a quite unusual case: Powerful drug faction in the slums of Rio decided to stop selling the crystal form of cocaine, crack, in the Mandela shantytown. The Red Command, the drug faction that decided to stop selling crack, would need the help of the two other drug gangs to completely ban the sale of crack. The problem with crack is that it is very cheap to make and yields big profits, but causes enormous harm and addiction to it's users.
